This is an opportunity to develop both analytical and organisational skills, within a dynamic professional environment, predominantly focused on analytical tasks within Talent. You will be working on a variety of analytical projects within the talent team, whilst maintaining the staffing support needed to be provided to the staffing team. This person will work most closely with the capacity management team leader, chief talent officer and staffing managers.

This role will suit an intelligent individual with an analytical ability who can work autonomously as well as in a team. This role is suited to someone with a natural curiosity for understanding trends and relationships and someone with a capability of understanding and manipulating numbers and underlying drivers. The successful candidate should have a strong customer service attitude, have excellent attention to detail, be able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks and be a self-starter.


  • Supporting process changes and improvements across the talent team
  • Data and investigative analysis for staffing tool improvements
  • Ongoing management of analytical tools and processes
  • Running analysis and advising the chief talent officer on necessary interventions with case team leadership
  • Owning and continuously updating models used for headcount planning and forecasting process
  • Reviewing current headcount vs plan and forecasting for the next six to twelve months
  • Owning and running the supply side of all people movements and input into the capacity balance
  • Generating reports and acting as the expert in all areas of staffing report generation CTSU, HCS and VRS
  • Running weekly meetings to ensure all staffing movements have been tracked and recorded accurately
  • Providing staffing support
  • Ensuring all staffing allocations are accurately coded in the system
  • Working with the finance team to ensure all partner allocations are accurately coded in the system
  • Creating deployment numbers, case breakdowns and updating deployment slides on a weekly basis
  • Managing the holiday approval process for all AC-Principal level and ensuring other leave is accurately processed
  • Updating weekly availability sheet for the staffing managers
  • Responding to ad-hoc requested reports and analysis as required
