An education charity is looking for a Team Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis for 6-8 weeks. The successful candidate will enjoy the challenge of ensuring complex administrative tasks are consistently delivered to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking meeting rooms for team and for social entrepreneurs
  • Processing invoices and expenses
  • Responding to hub members IT or facilities needs
  • Updating Salesforce
  • Updating the community website
  • Inputting data into team tracking systems
  • Coordinating reports, sourcing correct information from team members and their data sources to compile first draft
  • Coordinating content for newsletter, assembling list of recipients and working with the Communications team for send out
  • Coordinating logistics of several selection panels
  • Organising social events
  • Setting up hub induction process new members

Required Experience

  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Previous experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with events logistics
