A leading company in the world of Fashion and Design is seeking an outgoing, hard-working, Customer Service Coordinator to join a very busy team on a permanent basis. The successful applicant is likely to have prior customer service or phone-based experience, be outgoing, sociable, very proactive and absolutely committed to providing great customer service to key United Kingdom clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face-to-face
  • Responding promptly to customer enquiries
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
  • Providing pricing and delivery information
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Organising work flow to meet customer time frames
  • Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Recording details of enquiries, comments and complaints
  • Recording details of actions taken
  • Maintaining customer databases
  • Managing administration
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
  • Following up on customer interactions
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Maintaining product knowledge
  • Ensuring all orders and other administration tasks processed correctly
  • Ensuring the highest level of service provided

The ideal candidate will be someone who loves speaking to customers on the phone; who can build a rapport with people from all walks of life, and who is not afraid of a very busy environment which can, on occasions, get stressful when the pressure is on.
