A leading global independent investment bank is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be providing all round first class front of house and reception service to the London office. You will also be supporting the Reception Manager in ensuring a high level of service is provided to all internal and external visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and ensuring all clients receive VIP treatment
  • Booking and managing online meeting room booking system
  • Setting up and clearing down of catering in meeting rooms
  • Booking breakfast and lunches for meetings
  • Setting up and closing staff kitchens around the office
  • Operating the main switchboard in a polite and confident manner
  • Booking couriers both locally and international
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail
  • Liaising with the administration team and bankers on their requirements
  • Managing invoicing, stocktaking and ordering of goods for offices
  • Assisting with the Friday lunch for office, theme days and ad-hoc events
  • Working with other service providers, cleaners, maintenance, security to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Assisting with other associated reception duties when required
