A dynamic, fast-paced and growing executive resourcing firm is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Search Team on a permanent basis. The Executive Assistant will deliver project coordination and senior administration support to the Public-Sector Search Team. You will be responsible for supporting the team on a broad range of key assignments and business-critical projects and will have the experience to work to tight deadlines in a capable manner and to proactively suggest delivery and system improvements.

You will be presentable, credible, articulate and proactive when dealing with both clients and candidates and act as an ambassador for the company at all times. This role offers the opportunity to develop commercially and stakeholder management skills on an internal and external front, and to become fully involved in a dynamic and fast-paced team.


  • General Executive Assistant duties to Public Sector Partner (diary and travel management)
  • Handling client and candidate enquiries swiftly and competently
  • Managing candidates throughout the search process (booking interviews, calls, assessments)
  • Assisting with the drawing up of assignment project plans
  • Updating relevant information accurately and in a timely fashion on CRM database (Bullhorn)
  • Coordinating and managing the production of proposals and presentations within tight deadlines
  • Producing management information and reports for clients, as required
  • Ensuring terms and conditions are sent and recorded on client files
  • Acting as an internal information point and quality control for systems and processes
  • Ad-hoc office management requests, as required

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of five year's experience in a Personal Assistant / Executive-level support role within a professional services environment
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is essential; preferably within recruitment
  • Commercially aware and business minded, with strong and highly professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence to liaise assertively with internal and external contacts at all levels of seniority
  • Energetic, robust, flexible, unflappable
  • First class, proven written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong planning, organisation skills and good attention to detail
  • Able to act on own initiative
  • Enthusiastic, mature and reliable
  • Confidently able to manage expectations and competing priorities
  • Strong experience with MS Office (especially Word and Outlook) is crucial
