An educational charity had planned for exponential growth throughout the pandemic to support new programmes created and offered to the education sector throughout the pandemic. They needed support with high volume temporary hiring to address the rigours and demands of the heightened and unprecedented needs arising from remote learning environments.
We were able to deliver time critical recruitment to ensure the charity’s resources were protected, successfully providing over 50+ temporary placements within mid to senior level positions, with no interviews.
