We were asked by an established global high end online fashion brand to support their recruitment drive for temporary workers. With greater demands resulting from more online shopping, our client required customer service professionals to support their spring/summer sales period.
We knew the brief was big and therefore developed a bespoke resourcing team to develop a recruitment strategy to deliver the volume and experience of talent required. Headed by the Australasian account manager, our team provided additional support to brief candidates and guide them through the recruitment and onboarding process, while also educating and providing smooth delivery for the client.
