Our Recruitment Process

Sourcing Candidates

All our candidates undergo an extensive registration process. Depending on their skills and experience, the registration process can take anywhere between 1 – 2 hours.

Selecting and Screening Candidates

Each candidate meets with two recruitment consultants to discuss their career history, personality traits and motivators so we can understand what they’re looking for in a job. Our candidates complete Microsoft Office Testing for Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and a copy typing test to assess speed and accuracy of typing. All right to work documents are checked and kept on file, alongside employment references.

Reporting and Review

We work with the information we have collected on the candidate throughout their recruitment process to provide employers with the right crop of candidates. We guide the candidate through the interview process, so we can provide detailed feedback to both parties. Once the candidate is placed in your company, we will keep in touch to make sure things are going according to plan. Finally, for peace of mind, we ensure everyone involved with the process is compliant with IR35 and HMRC.

We work hard to ensure that our candidate pool is live and constantly updated. If you call us in the morning with an urgent assignment, we can have someone with you the same day.

Our name tends to attract Australian and Kiwi candidates, but we work with all nationalities living or moving to London.

Relationships are the key to our success, so we assign a dedicated recruitment consultant that will take the time to get to know your specific needs as a business. All our recruitment consultants are supported by a resourcer who will actively search the job boards for candidates that would be suitable for your roles, a candidate management team who screen thousands of CVs, and a business operations team who can provide any bespoke management reporting services you need.

We have a range of available candidates who can work in temporary, permanent, and fixed-term contract positions.
