THE ROLE:
  
Are you an Admissions Manager? One of London’s leading educational institutions is looking for an Admissions Manager to join them on a 12-month fixed term assignment. You will responsible for the professional and efficient delivery of the complete student selection and admissions process and providing support to your colleagues to deliver excellence.
  
  • Leading and motivating the wider team and supporting a positive culture focused on achieving targets and excellent results
  • Providing regular reporting including analysis, insights, forecasts and actions
  • Developing and implementing the Admissions strategy
  • Working closely with colleagues on the implementation of a new CRM system
  • Managing customer service levels for admissions enquiry management to ensure that a high-quality service is provided to applicants at every stage of the process

  
ESSENTIALS:
  
  • 2+ years’ experience within Higher Education, including awareness of international education systems, market trends, government regulations, qualifications and selection processes
  • Experience writing concise high-quality reports, presentations and business cases
  • Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Proven experience in relationship development, communication and listening skills to build strong working relationships with colleagues and client
