- Being the administrative lunchpin of the HR Business Partner team, staying one step ahead of their day to day activities to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Assisting the HR team in all areas of their roles including HR Administration, diary management and presentation preparation
- Notetaking in any formal employee relations meetings
- Raising Purchase Order numbers through SAP and liaising with accounts to ensure efficient payment of suppliers
- Taking responsibility for ensuring that the PO system runs smoothly, coding is correct and budgets are up to date in relation to team activity
- Completion of HR administration forms as required
- Coordinating and managing department holiday records
- Project support where necessary
- Supporting the maintenance of employee wellbeing with the HR Manager as well as providing logistical support to the Wellbeing team’s work with Diversity and Inclusion network groups
- Liaising with the Global HR Operations team on administration
- Processing legal invoices with the finance team
- A minimum of six months experience in an administrative support position
- Diary management experience
- Experience in working with SAP preferred
- Must be available to start on no more than 1 weeks’ notice
