Our client, a dynamic owner, manager and developer of properties across London is looking for a Receptionist to join them on a permanent basis in their Kensington office. This will be a fast-paced role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks.

This role would be working across four shifts, seven days per week in a team of six receptionists, ranging from 7am-4pm, 9am-6pm and 12pm-9pm.
  • Creating and maintaining a welcoming, tidy and professional front-of-house environment
  • Answering calls in a timely and professional manner, taking messages and dealing with ad hoc queries and issues
  • Welcoming guests and contractors and making sure they feel welcomed and attended to
  • Ensuring front-of-house, client areas and cupboards are clear and tidy
  • Liaising with the facilities team, reporting any issues and coordinating maintenance contractors
  • Managing the meeting room bookings for the large meeting rooms and event spaces including ensuring facilities are booked for meeting room setups
  • Booking travel
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post, parcels and couriers
  • Maintaining front of house stock levels and ordering supplies as necessary
  • Managing main stationery store including stock checks, ordering and keeping tidy
