This is an exciting temporary opportunity to work for a leading educational establishment as a Global Experience Coordinator! 

THE ROLE:
  • Monitoring the global exchange mailbox, responding to student queries in a timely manner
  • Being a point of contact for students undertaking global experiences.
  • Supporting in project managing the global experience module, planning, and delivery
  • Processing expenses and submitting purchase orders relating to global experiences
  • Assisting with the team’s general comms to students via an internal platform
  • Supporting with the organisation of events led by the team and students
  • Supporting with ad-hoc projects
  • Observing and complying with all policies and regulations, for example, Data Protection and Health and Safety
ESSENTIALS:
  • At least 1 year of coordination experience
  • Significant experience of administration in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong experience of working effectively within a team 
  • Experience in managing or coordinating projects, activities, or events to time and budget 
  • Reliable and responsible with excellent timekeeping
  • Excellent typing and IT skills, such as MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
