A fantastic opportunity for an HR/Operations professional to join a global software company. This standalone role is a blend of Operations, Facilities, and HR and supports a small team across EMEA/APAC. This is an excellent role for someone who has a generalist background in HR but has also been responsible for facilities and general operations for an SME or smaller organisation. This is a varied role and no two days will be the same. 
  • Accountable for delivery of annual HR reporting and ensuring the people's policies, processes and systems are in line with current legislation
  • Support the life cycle of operational processes, such as: starters, leavers, onboarding, HR Policy and processes, maintenance of people systems, contracts, recruitment
  • Support and improve HR processes and HR technology solutions
  • Overseeing employee learning and development/training initiatives
  • Act as a trusted resource to help resolve any employee relations issues
  • Facilities / Office management - running day to day operations for small offices in London, Milan, Singapore, Melbourne, and Paris
  • Managing supplier/vendor and lease agreements - keeping track of end of tenancies and ensuring office agreements are updated and running efficiently
  • Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with global objectives and manage the reward structure for the business
  • Generalist global HR tasks including facilitating and managing international work visas and keeping up to date with HR legislation in the countries where the company's employees are based
  • Negotiating contracts and keeping abreast of legislation changes across EMEA/APAC as it pertains to facilities, H&S, HR, and operations
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar Operations/HR role is ideal
  • Multi-Regional experience desirable
  • Strong knowledge of people systems and bringing them to greater efficiency
  • Ability to work in a standalone role that may require projects and ad hoc tasks above and beyond the job description
