THE ROLE:

  • Responding to customer enquiries to address and resolve the key issues customers are facing every day both over the phone and via email
  • Liaising with a range of stakeholders on a day to day basis
  • Monitoring and reporting recurrent quality control matters to the appropriate departments
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service

ESSENTIALS:
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service position within an office or within a KPI based role
  • Ability to display clear and positive communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work occasional weekends and evenings
