We are currently seeking exceptional Account Managers to work with our growing list of London-based clients across a range of industries including Technology, Professional Services, and Education sectors.   Helping them to secure the best talent the London market has to offer.
What sort of person are you likely to be?
You will love finding solutions to clients’ needs, working to source them exceptional temporary and permanent office support talent whilst helping job seekers to secure fantastic opportunities. You will be someone who is prepared to go the extra mile to source and secure the best talent.
You will have a track record of success in Account Management, servicing the needs of clients, and speaking with Hiring Managers and recruitment decision-makers. You may already be working in recruitment or be somebody whose friends have said you are a people person and should look at Recruitment as a career.  You will be someone who likes working with established processes and enjoys being on the phone as well as doing administration.
What qualities will you need to possess?
A fantastic positive attitude and work ethic; a real hunger to offer exceptional service and be able to work well in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment; a passion to deliver outstanding outcomes for your customers, great communication skills, a team-orientated approach; enthusiasm; excellent coordination skills.
What type of background might you have?
You are likely to have had a minimum of 2 years of commercial experience in any of the following environments:
  • Account Management in any people-orientated or customer service driven industry
  • Previous Recruitment Industry experience
  • You could also be a PA who is looking for more accountability and the chance to earn more in a fast-paced and performance-driven role
