This is a very exciting permanent opportunity to work for a financial planning company as an Administration Assistant!

  • Preparing advice documentation, ensuring all documents are appropriately personalised, accurate, and comply with our organisational standards
  • Producing cash flow models and reports
  • Submitting new business cases 
  • Managing client actions using the task system
  • Sending daily emails to your advisers with task updates
  • Typing up client meeting notes and setting appropriate tasks for yourself and/or your adviser
  • Sending and chasing letters of authority
  • Transferring business case submissions
  • Minimum 2 years experience within an administration role
  • Highly motivated, with a great work ethic and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Extremely organised with the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Resilient personality and accountable for own actions
  • Discrete and professional in all communication
  • Strong emotional intelligence, adaptable and flexible
  • Willingness to challenge in a constructive and non-confrontational manner
  • Self-motivated and willing to work at times in isolation and as part of a wider team
