An established global Internet retailer is looking for Luxury Fashion Customer Advisors to join the team in a hybrid working style on a temporary basis!

With an expanding domestic and global market, and revenues increasing month on month, our client requires exceptional individuals to truly help them continue being a successful force in online retail. This role will be based in the office and will require flexibility around working hours. The latest shift will finish at 9:30 pm, and the earliest shift starts at 7:30 am, it will also include working every third weekend.


  • Ensuring outbound orders are processed accurately and within the agreed service levels
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service
  • Liaising with other departments to meet customer demands
  • Facilitating customer returns within set time periods
  • Anticipating, identifying, and resolving problems that could delay the release or movement of shipments
  • Utilising internal software in order to facilitate export systems
  • Reporting to the shipping management team in the event of any customer query or complaint
  • Maintaining the shared email folder ensuring all queries are resolved in a timely manner
  • Utilising external courier service when necessary
  • Ensuring good inter and intra-team communication
  • Planning efficient routes for drivers
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to exceed expectations for a demanding customer base
  • Ability to display clear and positive communication skills
  • Ability to use own initiative and proven track record of having solved problems successfully
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must be comfortable working in-office
