A brilliant opportunity for an entrepreneurial and customer-oriented Customer Support Agent to join a growing car-sharing marketplace client on a 5-month fixed-term contract! 

THE ROLE:

This role will be a key member of the Customer Support team and the main point of contact for users in the United Kingdom on weekdays and some weekends (40 hours per week).
  • Answering enquiries about membership, accounts, and our services via an omnichannel environment 
  • Fielding questions across a broad range of areas, billing, cancellations, guest experience, and host quality
  • Ensuring that members receive the highest quality of service and that all issues are resolved in the shortest possible time

ESSENTIALS:
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • A personable, outgoing individual who enjoys working with people, and is able to handle
  • Top-notch oral and written communication skills
  • Must be customer-centric and empathetic
  • Strong customer service and dispute resolution skills
  • Great problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Weekend and evening work
  • Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
  • Outstanding attention to detail, with a strong ethic of personal responsibility
