PARTNER EXPERIENCE EXPERT
  
A major global technology company is looking for a Partner Experience Expert to join the team on a 12 month temporary basis!
  
This individual will directly support our partners, provide delightful partner support experiences and help to reduce operational issues with our partner programs and related products.
  
PARTNER EXPERIENCE EXPERT ROLE:
  • Providing partners with a delightful, high touch and effective support experience
  • Onboarding partners and serving as primary Ops point of contact
  • Responding to inbound partner inquiries about product features, bugs, etc.
  • Troubleshooting complex issues and translating pain points to effectively resolve issues
  • Spotting trends in partner issues and communicating feedback to cross-functional teams
  • Operationalizing processes to improve partner experience
  • Improving support workflows around issue resolution and product insights
  • Developing product and issue specialization to improve the quality of support
  • Helping build and maintain a central knowledge base
  • Training new employees on current workflows, standard processes, and internal tools
PARTNER EXPERIENCE EXPERT ESSENTIALS:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, customer support, technical support, or account/partner management
  • Experience using Excel and/or basic data and insights tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactiveness, adaptability, learning mindset.
  • Able to work non-traditional hours (outside of 9am-6pm) occasionally
