This is a very exciting permanent opportunity to join a professional commercial and residential property company across London as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Working within a family owned and run business as the Personal Assistant for the Managing Director
- Extensive and complex Diary Management, organising back-to-back meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and managing any rescheduling and/or conflicts
- Managing and reviewing the Managing Director’s inbox
- Serving as the primary point of contact between the managing director, internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence
- Preparing meeting agendas and important documents required
- Tracking and managing expenses
- Assisting on an adhoc basis for on project administration where required
- Assisting with booking travel where required
- Assisting the general office duties where required such as Waitrose orders, welcoming guests to meeting rooms and further adhoc requests where required
- Must be willing to work 5 days in the London office
- Minimum of 4 – 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant
- Must have supported Director level or higher previously
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail orientated
- Ability to build relationships and gain trust from senior stakeholders
- Back-to-back diary management experience
- Inbox management
- Able to work in highly confidential environments
