This is an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join a global leader in the supply of marine fuels across the globe!
You will be integral in supporting two very busy executives get the most out of their time, having sole ownership of their diary, inbox and travel arrangement. You will work as an extension of them with communication to their teams and make decisions on their behalf to allow them to be client facing.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Booking travel and appointments for family members as needed
- Arranging complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas
- Organising and preparing materials for meetings
- Taking minutes and following up on action items
- Acting as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Preparing, editing, and maintaining documents, presentations, and reports
- Assisting in planning and coordinating company events, conferences, and other functions
- Handling expense reports and budgets, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive company information
- Providing support on special projects and initiatives as required
- Ideally fluent in Spanish
- Minimum of 3 years of Assistant experience
- Evidence of support senior executives with diary management and travel coordination
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
