RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary, contract, and permanent business support roles across multiple industry sectors
- Developing and maintaining an understanding of client organisations, their industry sector, function in the marketplace, culture, and environment
- Facilitating meetings with contacts within both prospective and existing client organisations to understand their requirements, discuss potential services, review contract performance, negotiate charge rates and fees
- Working to quarterly revenue targets and KPIs and reporting on activity and billings
- Following up new business leads and business development of new clients
- Maintaining regular contact with candidates through follow-up phone calls
- Providing cover for consultant absences and annual leave periods
- Sourcing, telephone screening, scheduling registration interviews, and interviewing candidates
- Utilising various sourcing platforms to proactively find suitable candidates
- Taking detailed and accurate job specification details from clients when recruiting new roles
- Ongoing database management to ensure contact details, situation, and key skills are continuously updated
- 2+ years experience in a client or customer-facing role
- Ability to influence positive responses from team members, candidates and clients
- Confident and resilient to learning, feedback and challenging yourself
- Wanting to start or grow a career
- Ability to prioritise and be an effective problem solver
- Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
