A global investment bank is seeking and experienced Team Assistant to join their Internal Audit team on a temporary 12-month basis, with potential to extend!
TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:

A global investment bank is seeking and experienced Team Assistant to join their Internal Audit team on a temporary 12-month basis, with potential to extend!
TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Managing a wide variety of initiatives for senior leadership of the division
- Coordinating detailed travel arrangements and itineraries
- Processing expense reports and invoices timely
- Managing MD’s Diaries
- Producing quarterly reports and reconciliations
- Ordering the Plan Management Tool
- Assisting with the firm’s communications strategy
- Scheduling candidate interviews and overseeing recruitment interviews
- Preparing for and orienting new joiners including ordering provisions, IT set up
- Arranging department events as required
- Maintaining the Divisions organisational chart with new joiners and leavers
- Validating time booking and following up on outstanding time sheets
- Updating Internal Systems
- Minimum 3 to 5 years working as either a PA or EA, preferably within Banking
- Willing to work in a fully office-based role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under
- Professional manner when liaising with management at all levels
- Punctual and reliable
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- High level of discretion/confidentiality when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management
- Ability to work with different time zones including the Americas, EMEA and Asia
