CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
A temporary opportunity to join one of the UK’s longest-running events organisers, supporting over 50 events globally. This role involves handling customer enquiries, providing exceptional service, and assisting with event-related administration. Hybrid working is offered, with three days in the office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and two days remote. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ROLE:
- Managing four email inboxes and responding to customer enquiries and queries
- Actively seeking and obtaining missing information from event-registered customers
- Managing inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional and calm manner
- Handling customer complaints effectively
- Assisting with the verification of registered customers
- Attending events on-site to provide support and act as an information point
- Assisting with live verification on-site during events
- Accurately managing and updating data on internal systems
- Working independently to complete a high volume of tasks within set timeframes
- Having a minimum of 12 months of proven client or customer-facing experience in an office environment
- Communicating clearly in both written and verbal English
- Handling outbound and inbound phone calls confidently
- Managing difficult conversations over the phone with professionalism and composure
