RECEPTIONIST
An opportunity to support a leading, large-scale property development firm based in SE10 on a two-week temporary assignment. Acting as the first point of contact, you will provide a professional front-of-house service, handling enquiries and supporting day-to-day office operations. Acting as the first point of contact, you will provide a professional front-of-house service, handling enquiries and supporting day-to-day office operations. RECEPTIONIST ROLE:
- Managing reception desk duties, including acting as the first point of contact, monitoring the reception inbox, managing keys, and completing daily checks
- Managing diaries and meetings including booking rooms in Outlook, arranging refreshments and lunches, clearing rooms after meetings, and setting up AV and conference telephones
- Completing administrative duties, including maintaining and updating logs, receiving and distributing deliveries, and arranging couriers
- Having a minimum of 12 months’ receptionist and administration experience in a corporate setting
- Demonstrating advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Maintaining high attention to detail
- Being highly organised
- Being highly personable and approachable
- Communicating excellently in both verbal and written formats
