An executive resourcing firm urgently needed a strong candidate who was capable of doing the role they were trying to fill,  but most people they had interviewed were not strong enough despite having attractive CVs.

While the firm initially dismissed a candidate who they felt didn’t have the right job titles nor experience, we knew the individual met the brief and was up for the challenge!
