TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Managing diaries and calendars for bankers at the Associate level and above
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conference calls and video conferences across multiple time zones
- Handling a high volume of phone calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication
- Organising room bookings, travel arrangements, visas, flights, accommodation and car bookings
- Processing expenses and invoices in line with company policy
- Providing day-to-day support on issues, queries and ad hoc administrative tasks
- Covering colleagues during holidays or absences to ensure seamless team support
- Using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel to a high standard
- Experience in a corporate or customer-facing role
- Desire to grow as an assistant
- Managing competing time-sensitive priorities and tasks
- Demonstrating high attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Communicating clearly and professionally in person, on the phone, virtually and by email
- Collaborating as a team player while working well under pressure
- Working proactively, resourcefully and independently with initiative
- Exercising discretion when handling confidential information and maintaining a positive can-do attitude
