TEAM ADMINISTRATOR:
  
We have an exciting temporary opportunity for a Team Administrator supporting a sales team in a global media and broadcasting company. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of admin support experience with exposure to junior finance admin and proven experience using Microsoft Excel daily. Experience using CRMs are preferable, especially Salesforce.
  
TEAM ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Support Admin duties
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and opportunity records in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Coordinate sales team calendars, meeting schedules, and follow-up tasks
  • Handle administrative tasks related to onboarding new clients or sales deals
Finance admin duties
  • Process purchase orders and generate sales orders
  • Track and process invoices using SAP
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing and payment issues
  • Setting up new customer accounts in financial systems
  • Manage expense reports and sales-related budget tracking
Reporting and Data Analysis
  • Generate and distribute regular sales performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Track KPIs such as sales pipeline, revenue targets, lead conversion rates, etc.
  • Support forecasting activities using historical data and input from sales team
  • Provide insights from reports to help inform sales strategies and decision-making
System usage & Technical Admin
  • Using Excel to create dashboards, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, and formulas for analysis and to consolidate data from multiple sources for sales and finance reporting
  • Using SAP to enter, process, and track sales invoices and purchase orders (Pos), match POs to invoices and assist with resolving discrepancies
  • Pull financial reports as needed for sales-related transactions
  • Using Salesforce (CRM) to maintain and update customer accounts, contacts, and opportunities
  • Ensure sales pipeline data is accurately entered and maintained
  • Assist with report building and dashboard setup for sales leadership
  • Provide first-level support for Salesforce issues and train new users
  
TEAM ADMINISTRATOR ESSENTIALS:
  • Holding existing UK working rights
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Finance admin experience
  • Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Having 12 months of admin experience within a sales function beneficial
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise across different time zones
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organisation skills
  • Proactive, with an interest in television content and production markets
