TEAM ASSISTANT:
We are seeking a proactive and highly competent Team Assistant to join a busy Executive Office, supporting multiple stakeholders. The role offers full in-house training and ongoing guidance from EO colleagues. Candidates should have 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced assistant role, strong diary, travel, and logistics management skills, and a process-driven approach. Financial Services experience, strong stakeholder management, and willingness to work fully in the office are preferred.
  
TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:
  • Managing diaries and calendars
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
  • Handling high volumes of phone calls and emails, and relaying information accurately and promptly
  • Organising travel arrangements, including visas, international flights, and accommodation
  • Managing expenses and processing invoices
  • Supporting teams with day-to-day needs, queries, and providing cover for colleagues
TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
  • Fluent in German to a professional standard
  • 2 years working as a team assistant in a busy environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Happy with working fully in the office
  • Flexibility with hours is essential
