We are working with a leading independent school who is seeking a dynamic Exams Administrator to support with their busy exam season. This is a hands-on, largely independent role offering the opportunity to work in a passionate and fast-paced environment.
EXAM ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
- Coordinating the scheduling and administration of all internal and external examinations, including preparing timetables, room allocations, and seating plans
- Liaising with exam boards, staff, students, and parents to ensure accurate entries, timely communication, and smooth delivery of assessment activities
- Supporting the running of exam days, organising invigilators, overseeing exam conditions, and addressing issues in line with JCQ regulations
- Handling and securely storing confidential examination materials, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and school procedures
- Managing the processing and distribution of exam results, checking accuracy, assisting with post-results services, and providing data for internal reporting
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Working knowledge of iSams is beneficial
- Strong Excel and core administration skills
- Current DBS preferred but not essential
- Experience working in education
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in the office 5 days a week
