EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
As Executive Assistant, you'll be the operational backbone of the business. You'll work directly with the CEO to optimise how he spends his time, keep the office running smoothly, and take full ownership of our events programme. This is a varied, hands-on role that sits at the centre of everything we do, and it's an exceptional opportunity to learn from the inside of a fast-growing AI startup.

As Executive Assistant, you'll be the operational backbone of the business. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Managing the CEO’s diary, travel, and communications, protecting time and keeping priorities moving
- Preparing for and following up on meetings, tracking actions, and keeping key stakeholders aligned
- Running day‑to‑day office operations, including suppliers, deliveries, and facilities management
- Acting as the go‑to contact for team support, questions, and problem resolution
- Supporting onboarding logistics and helping to maintain a strong and positive team culture during growth
- Owning the events calendar end-to-end, managing venues, logistics, invitations, and run‑of‑show delivery
- Working closely with commercial and growth teams to ensure events deliver measurable business outcomes
- Staying highly organised and calm under pressure without dropping tasks
- Being warm and people-oriented, positively impacting the team experience
- Taking initiative and getting things done without repeated direction
- Thriving in fast‑moving environments where priorities shift quickly
- Bringing experience in executive assistant, office management, or events coordination roles
- Taking real pride in the details, delivering seamless events and well‑managed diaries
- Offering flexible working with a minimum of three days per week in the office near London Bridge
