RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR
We’re recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator for a 2-month temporary assignment with an immediate start. This is a fast-paced support role within a leading global organisation in the insurance and underwriting sector. The role sits within the HR and Talent function, providing key coordination support to a team of recruiters.
This is a varied, hands-on position best suited to someone who enjoys working at pace, is highly organised, and confident supporting multiple stakeholders.

RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR ROLE:
- Scheduling interviews across multiple recruiters and stakeholders
- Supporting a team of 6 recruiters with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks
- Managing invoicing and ensuring accurate processing of recruitment-related costs
- Assisting HR operations with background checks, vetting, and compliance processes
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and system updates
- Providing general administrative support across a busy talent function
- Acting as a key point of coordination to keep processes running smoothly and efficiently
- Previous experience in an administrative, HR, or coordination role
- Recruitment coordination experience highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communication skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to work at pace in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative processes
- Immediate start, 2-month temporary assignment
