RECEPTION AND OFFICE MANAGER 
We’re recruiting an organised and approachable Office Manager and Receptionist to be the welcoming face of a fast‑paced, tech‑led business. Sitting at the centre of day‑to‑day operations, this role blends polished front‑of‑house delivery with proactive office management. You’ll create a professional, inclusive workspace while supporting teams and visitors alike in a high‑performing, people‑focused environment.

RECEPTION AND OFFICE MANAGER ROLE:
  • Maintaining day-to-day office operations, including mail sorting and distribution, inventory tracking and ordering kitchen and office supplies
  • Greeting clients, candidates and vendors with a professional and welcoming approach, managing reception duties, directing calls, overseeing visitor sign-in and coordinating catering for external meetings
  • Acting as the main point of contact for building management, security and cleaning teams to ensure a safe and well-maintained office environment
  • Supporting ad hoc HR administration, including maintaining digital employee files, tracking certification renewals and assisting with offer letters and internal communications
  • Supporting onboarding by preparing workstations and leading office tours to help new starters feel settled from day one
  • Coordinating meeting and conference room bookings and setup, partnering with IT to ensure AV equipment is fully functional
  • Leading the planning and delivery of internal celebrations, team lunches and seasonal events to promote engagement and morale
RECEPTION AND OFFICE MANAGER ESSENTIALS:
  • Demonstrating previous experience in office management, front desk reception or high-touch hospitality environments
  • Handling sensitive employee and business information with integrity, discretion and absolute confidentiality
  • Communicating confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, from couriers to senior executives
  • Maintaining strong punctuality and reliability to ensure consistent front desk coverage during core business hours
  • Managing a busy reception area while balancing administrative tasks, deliveries and vendor coordination
  • Using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office confidently and adapting quickly to new systems for visitor logging and package tracking
