DIGITAL MARKETING ASSOCIATE
An exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded Digital Marketing Associate to join a fast-growing business and make a real impact. This varied role spans SEO, digital PR, social media, email marketing, website management, CRM optimisation, and paid advertising, with a focus on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. Ideal for an organised and analytical marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys creating engaging campaigns that enhance the customer experience.

DIGITAL MARKETING ASSOCIATE ROLE:
  • Supporting the delivery and optimisation of digital acquisition channels, including SEO, PPC, paid social and digital PR
  • Managing Digital PR activity and SEO content processes to drive website traffic, secure media coverage and support link-building initiatives
  • Supporting CRM optimisation through email marketing, marketing automation, lead nurturing and HubSpot CRM administration
  • Managing and growing social media channels by creating engaging content and responding to customer enquiries
  • Creating and coordinating digital marketing assets, including graphics, photography, video and multimedia content
  • Acting as a brand ambassador by ensuring all communications and marketing materials align with brand guidelines and maintaining high standards of proofreading
  • Supporting resident engagement initiatives by producing marketing materials and providing marketing support to on-site teams
  • Assisting with website optimisation, marketing performance reporting and apartment photography and videography projects
DIGITAL MARKETING ASSOCIATE ESSENTIALS:
  • Demonstrating a minimum of two years' experience within marketing, digital marketing or communications-related roles
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, particularly SEO and content marketing
  • Exhibiting excellent written communication and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Managing social media platforms and creating engaging content across multiple channels
  • Applying strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Utilising Microsoft Office applications and digital marketing tools effectively
  • Using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, to support marketing activities and customer engagement
  • Demonstrating a proactive, collaborative and adaptable approach to work, supported by strong interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable attitude
