REGULAR GIVING OFFICER
We’re recruiting a creative and data‑driven Regular Giving Officer to join a purpose‑led organisation with a passionate supporter community. Managing a busy schedule of fundraising campaigns across channels including direct mail and social media, you’ll play a key role in delivering engaging supporter experiences and driving income growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys stakeholder management, campaign delivery and finding innovative ways to connect with donors and supporters.

REGULAR GIVING OFFICER ROLE:
  • Managing the planning, implementation and delivery of direct marketing fundraising campaigns across direct mail, email, online and social media channels
  • Supporting a high-performing regular giving and legacy giving programme
  • Working closely with fundraising colleagues to deliver donor acquisition, retention and stewardship activities
  • Coordinating campaigns across regular giving, legacy giving and mid-value fundraising streams
  • Monitoring campaign performance and contributing to achieving fundraising targets
  • Developing engaging supporter communications across multiple channels
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective campaign delivery and supporter engagement
REGULAR GIVING OFFICER ESSENTIALS:
  • Previous experience working in a fundraising direct marketing role within a charity or higher education environment
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior colleagues, alumni and donors
  • Experience in using CRM systems to manage supporter and campaign data
  • Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Thinking strategically while managing multiple projects in a structured and organised manner
