TEAM ASSISTANT

TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:
  • Managing a high volume of phone calls, placing, receiving, screening and routing calls as required, and taking detailed and accurate messages
  • Coordinating meetings and conference calls and maintaining banker contact information
  • Managing high-volume banker calendars and diary commitments
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, multi-leg international travel, visa applications, hotel reservations, car transfers, cash advances and itinerary preparation
  • Processing travel and entertainment expense reports accurately and in compliance with expense guidelines
  • Interacting with colleagues in a professional and effective manner
  • Performing administrative tasks, including copying, archiving, faxing and filing
  • Supporting a team-oriented environment through sharing responsibilities and providing assistance to colleagues
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and administrative duties as required
TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills in person, over the phone and via email
  • Maintaining high attention to detail and strong technical skills
  • Applying good judgement, independent thinking and resourcefulness
  • Working effectively under pressure, prioritising workloads and managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of business and corporate environments while working collaboratively within teams
  • Utilising Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiently
