ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE:
- Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to confirmation
- Working towards team financial targets and KPIs
- Preparing and issuing quotations
- Following up quotations and prospective customers
- Building strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Coordinating with internal teams and external service partners
- Answering customer questions and providing clear information throughout the process
- Closing business and securing confirmed bookings
- Handing confirmed bookings over to the relevant operational team
- Managing a high volume of emails, quotations and follow-ups during busy periods
- Maintaining accurate customer and booking information within the company's internal system
- Prioritising workload to ensure customers receive prompt and professional service
- Minimum 2–3 years' sales experience
- Strong telephone manner and comfortable speaking with customers regularly
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven longevity and stability within previous roles
- Confident following up leads and closing business
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills
- Comfortable managing a busy workload during peak periods
- Basic IT skills
- Personable, driven and able to work well within an open-plan team environment
- Must be able to commute to South London
