TEAM ASSISTANT:
A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced and highly organised Team Assistant to join their Human Capital/People function on a 12-month temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a high-performing Reward team within a fast-paced, corporate environment.
You will provide dedicated support to up to five senior leaders across Reward, including areas such as Compensation, Benefits & Wellness, and Mobility. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic setting and is confident managing multiple priorities.

TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:
  • Extensive and complex diary management for multiple senior stakeholders, including coordination with internal teams and external partners
  • Organising meetings, conferences, and training sessions, including logistics, room bookings, and AV requirements
  • Acting as a key point of contact, screening and directing queries on behalf of senior leaders
  • Managing team communications, including phone coverage and message handling
  • Coordinating global travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics
  • Supporting team meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions
  • Welcoming and managing visitors, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Processing expenses and supporting finance-related tasks such as invoice coding
  • Assisting with the preparation and formatting of presentations and documents
  • Supporting onboarding processes, including systems access, equipment setup, and desk arrangements
  • Managing IT queries and liaising with tech support
  • Coordinating team events and maintaining internal systems
  • Collaborating closely with a wider team of assistants to ensure seamless support coverage
TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
  • Proven experience as a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within a large corporate or banking environment
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders within HR, People, or Reward teams is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • High level of attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and across global teams
