We’re supporting a property client in the search for an Office Coordinator to join a small, close‑knit office management team during a period of change. This hands‑on role sits at the centre of the organisation, owning day‑to‑day IT coordination while supporting office operations and senior stakeholders. It’s an excellent opportunity with scope to evolve into a longer‑term position.

We’re supporting a property client in the search for an Office Coordinator to join a small, close‑knit office management team during a period of change. This hands‑on role sits at the centre of the organisation, owning day‑to‑day IT coordination while supporting office operations and senior stakeholders. OFFICE COORDINATOR ROLE:
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT and systems support, managing user access, onboarding and offboarding across company platforms
- Liaising with third-party IT providers to resolve technical issues, support audits, manage licences and maintain system documentation
- Maintaining SharePoint, Office 365 and digital permissions to ensure secure, compliant and organised information management
- Supporting meeting room technology, AV setup and ad hoc IT projects and system rollouts
- Managing day-to-day office operations, including facilities coordination, supplier management, mail handling and stock control
- Ensuring a welcoming, well-run office environment by proactively resolving facilities and operational issues
- Providing high-level administrative support to senior management, including diary management, travel booking and board meeting coordination
- Handling confidential, legal and financial administration, including NDAs, invoices, expenses and stakeholder communications
- Demonstrating detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
- Taking ownership of work, solving problems independently and thriving in fast-paced environments where priorities change regularly
- Bringing experience from office management, EA or PA, or multi-functional administrative roles
- Applying strong organisational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Managing multiple priorities effectively while delivering a consistently high level of service across the business
- Working confidently and independently, using sound judgement to make decisions when required
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Engaging confidently with senior stakeholders, contractors and suppliers in an in office environment, with familiarity in IT support or systems administration
