ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Our client, a well-respected charity organisation, is seeking an empathetic and organised Administrative Assistant to join their team on a four-week temporary assignment. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a busy service that provides assistance to individuals across the UK.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing a varied workload, handling sensitive enquiries and providing excellent administrative support within a fast-paced environment.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Managing and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitoring and responding to a shared inbox
- Answering incoming helpline calls and gathering relevant information from callers
- Allocating cases to the appropriate Case Manager
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Minimum of 2 years' administration experience
- Previous invoicing experience is essential
- Confident in communicating over the phone and handling a high volume of calls
- Comfortable speaking with individuals who may be experiencing difficult or stressful situations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience using Salesforce would be advantageous, but is not essential
