ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Our client, a well-respected charity organisation, is seeking an empathetic and organised Administrative Assistant to join their team on a four-week temporary assignment. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a busy service that provides assistance to individuals across the UK.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing a varied workload, handling sensitive enquiries and providing excellent administrative support within a fast-paced environment.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ROLE:
  • Managing and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitoring and responding to a shared inbox
  • Answering incoming helpline calls and gathering relevant information from callers
  • Allocating cases to the appropriate Case Manager
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
  • Minimum of 2 years' administration experience
  • Previous invoicing experience is essential
  • Confident in communicating over the phone and handling a high volume of calls
  • Comfortable speaking with individuals who may be experiencing difficult or stressful situations
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Experience using Salesforce would be advantageous, but is not essential
