The role operates on a 4-days-on, 4-days-off rota, including weekends, within the residential and commercial property sector, supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
CONCIERGE ROLE:
- Greeting residents, tenants, guests and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answering phone calls, emails and enquiries promptly and courteously
- Providing accurate information about the property, facilities, services and local area
- Handling resident and tenant requests, complaints and feedback, escalating when necessary
- Monitoring building access and ensuring visitors follow security procedures
- Registering visitors, issuing passes and notifying residents and tenants of arrivals
- Monitoring CCTV, alarms and access control systems where applicable
- Reporting incidents, safety concerns and suspicious activity to management
- Coordinating service requests with maintenance, housekeeping and contractors
- Assisting with move-ins, move-outs and booking of amenities
- Ensuring the lobby and reception area are clean, organised and presentable at all times
- Supporting property events, meetings and resident communications
- Assisting the Property Management team with daily operational tasks
- Enforcing house rules and building policies politely and professionally
- Having a minimum of 1 year of experience in a reception role
- Working weekends as required
- Working an 8.00am - 8.00pm shift pattern, 4 days on, 4 days off rota
- Communicating effectively with excellent interpersonal skills
- Delivering stra ong customer service orientation
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanour
- Using basic computer skills including email, MS Office and property management systems
- Multitasking and remaining calm under pressure
- Applying good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
