TEAM LEADER - WELFARE SERVICES ROLE:
- Leading and developing a high-performing welfare team, providing coaching, supervision and performance management
- Overseeing complex casework, ensuring high-quality, client-centred support and positive outcomes
- Managing caseload allocation, monitoring service delivery and ensuring timely interventions
- Building effective relationships with internal teams, external partners and industry stakeholders
- Delivering training programmes, presentations and development initiatives to enhance knowledge and capability
- Supporting grant administration and support services, ensuring fair and compliant application of charity funding
- Maintaining accurate records, producing performance reports and ensuring GDPR and policy compliance
- Contributing to service improvement, promoting best practice and maintaining high standards of welfare support and safeguarding activities
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of Team Lead experience in a not-for-profit or welfare team, having direct line management responsibilities
- Demonstrating integrity and promoting the charity's values, mission and objectives
- Communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, using strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Supporting, guiding and developing team members through coaching, feedback and mentoring
- Creating a supportive, accountable and inclusive team culture focused on high performance and development
